How the custom T-shirt design & printing process works:
After receiving your inquiry we will get a quote to you on the cost per shirt and set up fees. Once you decide you want to go ahead and place an order with us we will request any information including logos, photos and other elements that will be included in the design.
When our designers have all your info they will start the design process. Once the design is finished they will send you a proof and wait for your approval. If there are changes needed those will be done and resent back for approval. If the design is alright then the next step is transferring the image to the screens.
Once your screens are made we will then set up your print on one of our two automatic printers.
We use only the highest quality plastisol inks on your specified garments. After they are printed the shirts run through as conveyor dryer oven that will set the ink and bond in to the apparel fabric. This completes the printing process.
We offer shipping or you can pick up your order at our facility.
